Shipping Information
Carriers:
We partner with reliable carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Order Processing:
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes:
Standard orders typically arrive within 14 to 21 business days, though you may receive your order sooner. Tracking information will be provided via email once your item ships.
Shipping Costs:
- Domestic Orders: Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
- International Orders: Do not qualify for free shipping. Customers are responsible for all international shipping costs.
- Customer-Arranged Shipping: If you choose to use your own shipping company or freight forwarder, Supply-A-City is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed items once the order leaves our facility.
Return Policy
General Return Window:
You may return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Brand-Specific Policies:
Many of our products come from third-party brands with their own return rules. We follow each brand's specific return policy, and restocking fees or other conditions may apply based on their guidelines.
Restocking Fee:
All returns are subject to up to a 50% restocking fee, depending on the brand and return circumstances. You will be notified of the exact fee once we review your request.
Return Shipping Costs:
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), you are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service for valuable or bulky items.

Return Process
- Email us at info@supplyacity.com with your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
- We will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- Ship the product back following the provided instructions.

Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds:
Issued to your original payment method within 10–20 business days after inspection and approval.
Exchanges:
Allowed within 14 days of receipt, subject to product availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours at no charge. Cancellations after 24 hours may incur a restocking fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll issue a replacement or refund promptly.
Warranty Information
Warranty terms vary by manufacturer. Please email us with your order details to confirm warranty coverage.
- Warranties do not cover normal wear or misuse.
- Warranty claims must go through the brand that supplied the product.
Buyer's Remorse
Changed your mind? Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused and in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply.
