Product Policies at Supply-A-City

Thank you for choosing Supply-A-City. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we've outlined our key product policies below.

Sales and Signature Authorization

  • Orders Over $1,000: Require signature authorization to proceed. We will send you a sales order for signature via fax or email. Please return the signed document to info@supplyacity.com for order processing.

Payment Options

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of order. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Lead Time

  • Orders are processed upon receipt during standard EST business hours, Monday through Friday. Most items ship within 10-14 business days, although customized items may require additional time. For specific lead times, please reach out to our customer service team.

Shipping

  • Merchandise is sold F.O.B. from our factory and shipped via common carrier. Our shipments are designed to be cost-effective, offering Tailgate delivery to commercial locations during standard business hours. Additional delivery services are available upon request for an extra charge, including Residential Delivery, Limited Access Delivery, Liftgate Service, Inside Delivery, Construction Site Delivery, and Notify Before Delivery options.

Assembly

  • Some products arrive unassembled to reduce shipping damage and costs. Assembly instructions are provided.

Inspection of Shipments

  • Upon delivery, please inspect your shipment for accuracy and damage before signing the delivery receipt. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all packaging for the inspection process.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled without written authorization from Supply-A-City. A 50% cancellation fee applies if fabrication has commenced.

Return Policy

  • We accept returns of unused, original-condition products within 30 days from the shipping date, subject to the following:
    • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Custom-made and specialty items are returnable only if defective.
    • Returns require prior written approval and may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
