The top sits at 32 1/8 inches instead of 30, which puts it inside the 28 to 34 inch range the ADA Standards set for a dining surface.
Knee clearance measures 27 1/8 inches on the drawing against a 27 inch minimum, so your plan reviewer gets a number to check rather than a claim.
Side by Side is the factory's own name for it, and that is the point. Your visitor sits with their group instead of parked at the end of it.
Traditional gives you a slatted top in horizontal strips, which reads as a conventional table and wipes down in a single pass.
