The basket is diamond expanded steel with a thick plastisol coating that resists chips, rust and graffiti. You clean it with a hose.
Inside sits a rigid plastic liner, 10 3/8 inches across and 21 1/2 inches deep, that lifts straight out to empty.
You set the height when you mount it, and the ground under the can stays clear for mowing and snow plows.
A steel bracket runs 21 3/8 inches down the back of the basket. You bolt it to your post or band it around a round pole.
The pole and the bolts or bands are not included, so you can match them to the post at your site.
Overall the unit is 22 7/8 inches tall, 12 3/8 inches across the basket and 14 9/16 inches deep with the bracket. The drawing is under the Resources tab.
